Sales - Our primary concern is providing the veterinary surgeon with the product he or she needs from within our product list. If you browse through the accompanying pages on this web site you will see the range of products on offer. The simple sale of a product is however not the overriding aim. The main objective is to sell a product to a customer that fits their intended needs and requirements and with which they will be satisfied. For this reason it is likely that when you order a product from us we will take some time to discuss those needs to ensure that the product is suitable. If you have a particular requirement from a piece of our equipment that isn't met by the standard specification we may still be able to help. See Customisation below.
Servicing - All the products sold by Vetronic Services have been designed by Vetronic Services and for that reason we know them inside out, literally. For products like the Small Animal Ventilator or Merlin we recommend an annual service and will send you a reminder letter on the anniversary of the sale. Servicing can be arranged to suit your practice so that the minimum of disruption occurs. Normally any items for servicing are attended to on the day of arrival and despatched the same day. That way a practice is without the equipment for the minimum time. Usually we discuss this with you beforehand so that your deadlines and requirements are understood. This same day turnaround is our normal policy - you will not be asked to pay any extra. We are happy to undertake routine servicing of any of our products no matter how old or new and at a time to suit the customer. In order to fulfil these obligations we ask all customers to give us notice of any items being returned to us for repair or service.
