Q: Do you manufacture all your products?

A: Yes. All of our products have been designed in-house for a specific application and are manufactured by ourselves.

Q: How long has Vetronic Services been around?

A: Vetronic Services began trading in 1992 and since that time we have grown to hold a substantial place in the field of Veterinary equipment.

Q: Do you sell outside of the UK?

A: We sell to UK, Europe and USA. USA sales are handled through distributors. If you would like more information then please conact us.

Q: Can I try before I buy?

A: We offer a 14 day no obligation free trial period for selected products. This service is restricted to the UK. However we do offer a 30 day paid trial period for those outside the UK. Please e-mail us for more details and a form stating terms & conditions.

Q: Do you offer leasing facilities?

A: Yes we have leasing options, please contact us for further details.

Q: Does the equipment come with a guarantee?

A: Yes, one year guarantee as standard

Q: How is my equipment delivered to me?

A: Our normal proceedure is to use the major network carriers for next day delivery within the UK. Delivery outsidee of the UK is normally within 3-5 working days.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: We have a formal policy on offering discounts based on our experiences over the years. We offer 10% discount to all registered charities and Veterinary Schools. Other discounts will be offered if buying in bulk quantities.
