| A: We offer a 14 day no obligation free trial period for selected products.

| Q: How is my equipment delivered to me? |
| A: Our normal proceedure is to use the major network carriers for next day delivery within the UK. Delivery outsidee of the UK is normally within 3-5 working days. |
| Q: Do you offer any discounts? |
| A: We have a formal policy on offering discounts based on our experiences over the years. We offer 10% discount to all registered charities and Veterinary Schools. Other discounts will be offered if buying in bulk quantities. |
